These terms apply to potterylandnyc.com and to bookings made through it with Pottery & Glass Land ("we", "us"). By using the site or sending us a booking request, you agree to them.
Bookings
- A booking or registration sent through the site is a request. Your spot is held once we confirm it with you by phone, text, WhatsApp or email.
- Prices, dates and availability shown on the site can change. If something changes after you book, we'll contact you before anything is charged.
- Payment, cancellation and refund details for a class or program are given when we confirm your booking.
At the studio
- Children must be supervised as described for their class or program.
- Pottery, glass and kiln work involve tools, glazes and heat. Please follow staff instructions.
- Fired pieces can vary in color and finish, and pieces occasionally crack or break in the kiln. We'll always do our best with your work.
Hours and information on this site
We work to keep hours, schedules and prices on this site accurate, but they may occasionally be out of date. If timing matters, please call us first.
Using the site
Please don't misuse the site — for example, by sending fake bookings or trying to break its security. Photos and content on the site belong to Pottery & Glass Land unless noted.
Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses caused by using the site or by information on it being incomplete or out of date.
